摘要
目的:探讨含阿魏藏药方剂的配伍规律及药性研究,为临床合理用药提供有力的理论依据和数据参考.方法:从《藏药方剂大全》搜集明确含阿魏的102首方剂,运用Microsoft Excel 2019软件对含阿魏的方剂构建数据库并分析药材,并运用R软件上构建药物的核心组合并分析.结果:共收集到含阿魏的102首方剂,152种单味药,其中使用频次≥21次的共有14味,居前五位有阿魏(102次)、川木香(41次)、干姜(40次)、肉豆蔻(38次)、紫硇砂(35次)等.含阿魏的方剂中共有60组合,以支持度≥10％,置信度≥80％为准,组合共有52个,2味药物的核心组合有13个,3味药物的核心组合有39个,其中频次≥30次的组合共有7个,阿魏—川木香(41次)、阿魏—干姜(43次)、阿魏—肉豆蔻(39次)、阿魏—紫硇砂(32次)、阿魏—荜拨(31次)、阿魏—诃子(30次)、阿魏—麝香(30次)等.高频次药材中辛味偏盛,具有糙、轻、干、动等药性.辛属温性.因此主治寒性疾病."培根型的心脏病"(20次)、消化不良症(18次)、虫病(12次)、耳病(8次)等.结论:藏药阿魏常与、干姜、肉豆蔻、紫硇砂、诃子等温性药材联用,这符合了藏医在治疗培根型的心脏病和消化不良症等寒性疾病的治病原则,阿魏也可以与川木香、麝香等寒性药材联用,体现了藏药凉温并用的用药规律.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the compatibility laws and drug properties of Tibetan medicinal formulae containing ferulic acid,providing a strong theoretical basis and data reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods:Collect 102 prescriptions containing ferulic acid from the"Complete Collection of Tibetan Medicine Formulas",use Microsoft Excel 2019 software to build a database and analyze medicinal materials for the prescriptions containing ferulic acid,and use R software to build and analyze the core combination of drugs.Results:A total of 102 prescriptions and 152 kinds of single flavor drugs containing Ferula assafoetidal were collected,of which 14 flavors were used more than 21 times.The top five are Ferula assafoetidal(102 times),Dolomiaea souliei(41 times),Zingiberis Rhizoma(40 times),Myristicae Semen(38 times),and Halite Violaceous(35 times).There were a total of 60 combinations of prescriptions containing asafoetida,which were based on support degree ≥10％and confidence degree ≥80％.There were 52 combinations,13 core combinations of 2-flavor drugs and 39 core combinations of 3-flavor drugs,among which 7 combinations with frequency ≥30 times were included.Ferula assafoetidal-Dolomiaea souliei(41 times),Ferula assafoetidal-Zingiberis Rhizoma(43 times),Ferula assafoetidal-Myristicae Semen(39 times),Ferula assafoetidal-Halite Violaceous(32 times),Ferula assafoetidal-Piper longum(31times),Ferula assafoetidal-Terminalia chebula Retz.(30 times),Ferula assafoetidal-Moschus etc.In high-frequency medicinal materials,the pungent taste is strong and has medicinal properties such as roughness,lightness,dryness,and motility.Cinnamomum is temperate.Therefore,it mainly treats cold diseases."Bacon type heart disease"(20 times),dyspepsia(18 times),insect disease(12 times),ear disease(8 times),etc.Conclusion:The Tibetan medicine Ferula assafoetidal is often used in combination with isothermal medicinal herbs such as Zingiberis Rhizoma,Myristicae Semen,Halite Violaceous,and Terminalia chebula Retz.,which conforms to the treatment principles of Tibetan medicine in treating cold diseases such as Bacon type heart disease and indigestion.Ferula assafoetidal can also be used in combination with cold medicinal herbs such as Dolomiaea souliei and Moschus,reflecting the medication pattern of combining cold and warm Tibetan medicine.
