蒙药抗肝纤维化治疗的研究进展

摘要
目的:通过检索文献了解目前蒙药在抗肝纤维化方面的治疗现状,以期找出治疗抗肝纤维化的新的切入点.方法:检索知网、维普、万方、PubMed平台中有关蒙药治疗肝纤维化的报道.结果:肝纤维化作为一种以细胞外基质异常过多沉积为主要特征的病理过程,近些年,有关其发病机制及临床试验方面取得了稳步进展,人们也探索出了较多的抗肝纤维化路径及药物,但目前尚未发现靶向性很强、非常有效地可以逆转肝纤维化的药物.而越来越多的研究显示,蒙药在抗肝纤维化方面呈现出良好的治疗效果.且与西药相比,蒙药具有多环节、多靶点、不良反应少、疗效显著、安全范围大的独特优势.但针对蒙药抗肝纤维化的研究目前仍缺乏较为系统的临床试验,且其确切的抗肝纤维化机制也尚不明确.结论:深入了解、研究蒙药抗肝纤维化的具体机制,仍需更多地实验研究及临床试验作进一步的探讨、验证,以便于进一步探究出可以稳定缓解、改善甚至逆转肝纤维化的药物及治疗靶点.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the current status of Mongolian medicine in the treatment of liver fibrosis by searching literature,in order to find a new breakthrough point for the treatment of liver fibrosis.Methods:The reports on the treatment of liver fibrosis with Mongolian medicine were searched from CNKI VIP Wanfang and PubMed.Results:Hepatic fibrosis is a pathological process characterized by abnormal excessive deposition of extracellular matrix.In recent years,steady progress has been made in its pathogenesis and clinical trials,and more anti-hepatic fibrosis pathways and drugs have been explored,but no drugs with strong targeting and very effective reversal of hepatic fibrosis have been found.More and more studies have shown that Mongolian medicine has a good therapeutic effect on anti-liver fibrosis.Compared with Western medicine,Mongolian medicine has the unique advantages of multi-link,multi-target,fewer side effects,significant efficacy and wide range of safety.However,there is still a lack of systematic clinical trials on the anti-liver fibrosis of Mongolian medicine,and its exact anti-liver fibrosis mechanism is still unclear.Conclusion:To further understand and study the specific mechanism of Mongolian medicine against liver fibrosis,more experimental studies and clinical trials are still needed for further discussion and verification,so as to further explore the drugs and therapeutic targets that can stably relieve,improve or even reverse liver fibrosis.
