Meta analysis of the effectiveness of Huolong Jar comprehensive moxibustion in the treatment of neck,shoulder,and lower back pain

目的:旨在通过Meta分析系统性的评价火龙罐综合灸对颈肩腰痛治疗效果.方法:知网(CNKI)、万方、及外网期刊Pub Med、外网平台Web of Science,采用了文献中所有火龙罐综合灸和与其相关的中医外治法治疗颈肩腰痛的RCTS,应用RevMan5.4软件对火龙罐综合灸治疗该类疾病有效率的数据进行了异质性检验.检索时间定为建库到2023年5月.结局:总共纳入颈肩腰痛患者799名,最后有8篇文献被采纳.Meta分析结果显示:火龙罐综合灸治疗颈肩腰痛的有效率高于其他方式治疗颈肩腰痛的有效率[OR=3.91,95％CI(0.95,16.11),P=0.06],火龙罐综合灸与其他治疗方法联合治疗颈肩腰痛的有效率高于其他治疗方法单独治疗颈肩腰痛的有效率[OR=3.94,95％CI(2.42,6.42),P＜0.00001],差异具有统计学意义.火龙罐综合灸不仅可以单独治疗颈肩腰痛,作为一种独特的中医护理方法,火龙罐也可以与其他的中医治疗方法联合治疗颈肩腰痛,使得患者有更好的体验和更少的不良反应.火龙罐综合灸是一种专门针对麻痹症及慢性病保健治疗的新技术,其操作方法简单,舒适度强,为非侵入性治疗,相比传统的治疗方式,例如服用口服药或进行手术,不良反应更少,患者的舒适度更强,对患者生活的影响也较小.但该技术在国外应用较少,国内也没有被广泛推广,仍处在起步阶段.所以本研究的目的是系统性地评价火龙罐综合灸对于颈肩腰痛的疗效.结论:火龙罐综合灸疗法对过颈肩腰痛的疗效很好,但本研究所纳入的文献质量较差且文献数量较少,导致最终结果不甚准确,存在一定的偏倚,故需要进行更加深入的研究来证明以上结论.
Objective:This objective was to systematically evaluate the effect of dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion on the treatment of neck,shoulder and low back pain through meta-analysis.Methods:CNKI,Weipu Chinese Journal(VIP),China Biological Documentation Service(CBM),Wanfang Data,Pub Med,and Web of Science were included in all the clinical randomized controlled trials of Dragon Jar Comprehensive Moxibustion and related TCM external treatments for neck,shoulder and low back pain,and RevMan5.4 software was used to test the heterogeneity of the extracted data.The search period is set to May 2023.Outcomes:A total of 799 patients with neck,shoulder and low back pain were included,and eight studies were accepted.Meta-analysis results showed;The effective rate of neck,shoulder and low back pain after comprehensive moxibustion was significantly higher than that of other treatment groups[OR=3.91,95％CI(0.95,16.11),P=0.06],and the effective rate of Dragon Tank comprehensive moxibustion combined with other treatments for neck,shoulder and low back pain was higher than that of other treatments[OR=3.94,95％CI(2.42,6.42),P＜0.00001].As one of the external treatments of traditional Chinese medicine,Dragon Jar Comprehensive Moxibustion can also be combined with other different ways to treat the disease,so that patients have a better experience and fewer adverse reactions.Dragon Jar Comprehensive Moxibustion is a new technology specially for the health care treatment of paralysis and chronic diseases,its operation method is simple,comfortable and non-invasive treatment,compared with oral drugs and surgery,it has the advantages of safety and side effects,and has clinical promotion significance.Conclusion:The efficacy of dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion therapy for neck,shoulder and low back pain is very good,but the number,quality and sample size included in this study are small,and there are certain deviations,and further high-quality studies are needed to verify the above conclusions.
