Mongolian medical women with Qisu syndrome are the early stages of gynecological stasis syndrome, belonging to the category of acute pelvic inflammatory disease in modern medicine. It is very rare to use the clinical thinking of Mongolian medicine to guide the diagnosis and treatment of this disease in clinical practice.Sensitive antibiotics are often used for treatment, but the efficacy of Western medicine alone is not ideal, and the adverse reactions are obvious. If acute pelvic inflammatory disease is not treated promptly or thoroughly after its onset,it can easily lead to recurrent attacks and the formation of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, resulting in the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease. Therefore, timely and effective targeted treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease is crucial. In view of this, this article will summarize from ancient Mongolian medical books and relevant literature,in order to further understand and explore whether the combination of Mongolian and Western medicine can better play the role of Mongolian medicine in treating women with Qisu syndrome, whether it can more effectively improve the symptoms and signs of women with Qisu syndrome, alleviate patient pain, and provide effective basis for guiding clinical treatment.
