Experimental Study on the Interventional Effect of Mongolian Medicine Eleven Flavors Dingxiang Powder on Asthma Mice
Objective:To explore the effects of Mongolian medicine Shiyiwei Dingxiang San on airway hyperresponsiveness, serum IgE,and pathological changes in lung tissue in asthmatic mice.Method:40 male BALB/c mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 10 mice in each group, namely blank group, model group,Mongolian medicine Yishiwei Dingxiang powder group, and budesonide group.Using the house dust mite nasal drip method to replicate a model of bronchial asthma.Measure the basal enhanced expiratory interval(Penh)value of mice stimulated by acetylcholine, detect airway hyperresponsiveness in each group of asthma mice, observe pathological morphological changes in lung tissue of each group of mice with HE staining, and detect IgE concentration in serum using ELISA method.Result:Compared with the model group, the Mongolian medicine Eleven Flavors Dingxiang Powder group showed a decrease in airway hyperresponsiveness,a decrease in serum IgE concentration, and a significant reduction in lung tissue damage. Conclusion:Mongolian medicine Eleven Flavors Dingxiang Powder can reduce airway hyperresponsiveness and serum IgE concentration in asthmatic mice, and alleviate pathological damage to lung tissue.
