目的:系统评价过敏性鼻炎患者行针灸即鼻三针治疗为主与其他中西医疗法的效果分析.方法:知网期刊文献(CNKI)、《维普中文杂志》(VIP)、《中国生物文献服务》(CBM)、《万方资料》、及外网平台《美国医学在线》、Web of Science,纳入所有鼻三针及相关中医治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床随机对照试验文献,应用RevMan5.4软件对所提取的数据进行异质性检验.检索时间定为建库到2022年3月.结局:总共纳入受鼻炎侵扰病患314名,最后有8篇文献被收录.Meta分析结果显示;经鼻三针治疗后过敏性鼻炎的有效率显著高于其他治疗组[OR=3.07,95％CI(1.68,5.57),P=0.02],鼻三针联合其他治疗方法治疗过敏性鼻炎的有效率高于其他治疗方法[OR=4.67,95％CI(2.64,8.25)P＜0.00001]差异具有统计学意义.鼻部症状体征改善率,鼻三针联合其他治疗方法降低鼻部症状评分[MD=-0.30,95％CI(-0.86,0.27),P=0.31]差异不具有统计学意义,鼻三针作为中医外治法中的一种也可以与其他不同的方式一同治疗该疾病,使患病人群可以更好的体会到健康生活的乐趣.文献中不良反应更多是体现在西医治疗中,对于鼻三针治疗及联合其他各种方式治疗不良反应小于西药治疗.结论:鼻三针疗法对过敏性鼻炎的疗效很好,但本研究所纳入的文献数量、质量和样本数量都很少,且有一定的偏差,需要进一步的高质量研究来验证以上结论.
Systematic evaluation and Meta analysis of the efficacy of three nasal acupuncture in the treatment of allergic rhinitis
Objective:To systematically evaluate the effect of acupuncture,namely nasal three-needle therapy and other traditional Chinese and western medicine on allergic rhinitis patients.Methods:Computer retrieval of CNK1,VIP,CBM,Wanfang Data And Knowledge Service platform,American Medical Online,Web of Science,All the clinical randomized controlled trials of nasal acupuncture and related traditional Chinese medicine on allergic rhinitis were included,and RevMan5.4 software was used to test the heterogeneity of the extracted data.Outcome:eight articles were included,totaling 314 patients.Results of meta-analysis showed that;The effective rate of allergic rhinitis was significantly higher than that of other treatment groups[OR=3.07,95％CI(1.68,5.57),P=0.02].The effective rate of three nasal acupuncture combined with other treatment methods in the treatment of allergic rhinitis was higher than other treatment methods[OR=4.67,95％CI(2.64,8.25)P＜0.00001],and the difference was statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference in the improvement rate of nasal symptoms and signs between nasal acupuncture and other treatment methods[MD=-0.30,95％CI(-0.86,0.27),P=0.31].As one of the external treatment methods of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine,nasal acupuncture can also be combined with other different methods to treat the disease.So that the sick population can better experience the fun of healthy life.In the literature,the adverse reactions are mostly reflected in western medicine treatment,and the adverse reactions of nasal three-needle treatment and other combined treatments are less than western medicine treatment.Conclusion:Three-needle nasal treatment for allergic nose is highly effective.Due to the small number of literatures involved in this study and generally low literature quality,there is a large risk of bias.It is expected that more and better literatures will be created and cited in the future.
