Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Uyghur medicine compound Gaoziban tablet in the treatment of liver-yang hyperactivity type vertigo.Methods:A total of 36 patients with liver-yang hyperactivity type vertigo admitted to Songxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Luoyang,Henan Province from January 2020 to September 2021 were treated with compound Gaoziban tablets,4 tablets orally twice a day for 2 weeks.Vertigo scale score,visual simulation score and TCM syndrome score were performed before and after treatment to record the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the score of vertigo disorder scale,visual analog score and TCM syndrome score were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and no adverse reactions were observed during the observation period.Conclusion:Compound Gaoziban tablet is safe and effective in treating liver-yang hyperactivity type vertigo.
