维药复方高滋斑片治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕的疗效观察

摘要
目的:探讨维药复方高滋斑片治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕的临床疗效及安全性.方法:对2020年1月—2021年9月河南洛阳嵩县中医院收治的36例肝阳上亢型眩晕的患者采用复方高滋斑片进行治疗,一日2次,每次4片口服,疗程2周.治疗前后均进行眩晕障碍量表评分,视觉模拟评分并进行中医证候评分,记录不良反应发生率.结果:治疗2周后,眩晕障碍量表评分、视觉模拟评分、中医证候评分均较治疗前明显减低(P＜0.05),且观察期间,未见不良反应.结论:复方高滋斑片治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕安全有效.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Uyghur medicine compound Gaoziban tablet in the treatment of liver-yang hyperactivity type vertigo.Methods:A total of 36 patients with liver-yang hyperactivity type vertigo admitted to Songxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Luoyang,Henan Province from January 2020 to September 2021 were treated with compound Gaoziban tablets,4 tablets orally twice a day for 2 weeks.Vertigo scale score,visual simulation score and TCM syndrome score were performed before and after treatment to record the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the score of vertigo disorder scale,visual analog score and TCM syndrome score were significantly lower than before treatment(P＜0.05),and no adverse reactions were observed during the observation period.Conclusion:Compound Gaoziban tablet is safe and effective in treating liver-yang hyperactivity type vertigo.
