摘要
国家中医药管理局、自治区党委、政府相继出台了一系列促进、保护蒙医药事业发展的政策和措施背景下,"敬业精神"是对蒙医药优秀护理人才培养提出的重要精神,而蒙医药优秀护理人才培养的核心离不开"传承精华,守正创新".素质教育是蒙医药优秀护理人才培养的第一要务,在研读蒙医经典的基础上进行创新更是培养蒙医药护理的重中之重.文章分别从职业精神、传承精华、守正创新等方面对当前蒙医药护理培养进行了论述和探讨,只有将"敬业"融入到临床实践中,才能塑造更多优秀的蒙医药护理人才,促进蒙医药事业的大力发展.
Abstract
Under the background of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region and the government have successively issued a series of policies and measures to promote and protect the development of Mongolian medicine,"professionalism"is an important spirit proposed for the training of excellent nursing talents in Mongolian medicine,and the core of the training of excellent nursing talents in Mongolian medicine cannot be separated from"inheriting the essence,preserving integrity and innovating".Quality education is the top priority for cultivating excellent nursing talents in Mongolian medicine,and innovation based on studying Mongolian medical classics is of utmost importance in cultivating Mongolian medicine nursing.This article discusses and discusses the current Mongolian medicine nursing training from the aspects of professionalism,inheritance of essence,and integrity and innovation.Only by integrating"dedication"into clinical practice can more excellent Mongolian medicine nursing talents be created and Mongolian medicine cause be promoted.
