健脾疏肝汤治疗肛门直肠神经官能症临床效果

摘要
目的:探讨健脾疏肝汤治疗肛门直肠神经官能症效果.方法:选取2021年1月-2022年6月在资阳市人民医院接受治疗的肛门直肠神经官能症96例患者,依据治疗方式不同分为对照组(n=48)、研究组(n=48)两组,对照组予以生物反馈电刺激治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合健脾疏肝汤治疗,对两组患者不良反应、疗效以及生活质量进行对比.结果:治疗后,两组患者的生活质量评分均有显著提高,但是研究组的生活质量评分较对照组更高(P＜0.05).研究组患者在便秘、肛内疼痛和肛周放射痛方面的程度均低于对照组,经过统计学比较,这种差异是显著的(P＜0.05).研究组患者的不良反应发生率为4.17％,明显低于对照组的20.83％,通过卡方检验得到的结果显示组间差异具有统计学意义(x2=4.019,P=0.045).结论:生物反馈电刺激联合健脾疏肝汤治疗肛门直肠神经官能症有效率高,安全性高,对提高患者生活质量具有重要意义.
Abstract
Objective:Exploring the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Shugan Decoction on anorectal neurosis.Methods:96 patients with anorectal neurosis who received treatment at Ziyang People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into a control group(n=48)and a study group(n=48)according to different treatment methods.The control group received biofeedback electrical stimulation treatment,while the study group received combined treatment with Jianpi Shugan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The adverse reactions,efficacy,and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After treatment,the quality of life scores of both groups were significantly improved,but the score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The degree of constipation,intranal pain and perianal radiating pain in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.17％,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.83％).Chi-square test showed a statistically significant difference between the two groups(x2=4.019,P=0.045).Conclusion:The combination of biofeedback electrical stimulation and Jianpi Shugan Decoction has a high efficacy and safety in the treatment of anorectal neurosis,and is of great signifiicance in improving the quality of life of patients.
