摘要
目的:探究自拟平喘止咳方对支气管哮喘患儿肺功能及气道炎症的影响.方法:于2021年1月-2023年4月,将前来儿科门诊接受治疗的136例支气管哮喘患儿作为研究对象,采用双盲法划分小组,对照组68例,实验组68例.给予对照组西药治疗,实验组西药+自拟平喘止咳方治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果:实验组的临床效果显著,肺功能及气道炎症改善情况较优,中医证候量表评分高,与对照组相比(P＜0.05).结论:在支气管哮喘患儿的临床治疗中应用自拟平喘止咳方,有助于改善患儿的肺功能,缓解气道炎症,提高临床效果及中医证候量表评分.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of self-prepared Pingchuan Zhike formula on pulmonary function and airway inflammation in children with bronchial asthma.Methods:From January 2021 to April 2023,136 children of bronchial asthma who came to the pediatric outpatient department for treatment were treated as research subjects by double-blind group,68 in the control group and 68 in the experimental group.The control group received western medicine treatment,and the experimental group western medicine+self-formulated asthma cough prescription compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The clinical effect of the experimental group was significant,the improvement of lung function and airway inflammation was better,and the TCM syndrome scale score was high,compared with the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of self-made Pingchuan Zhike Formula in the clinical treatment of children with bronchial asthma can help to improve the lung function of children,relieve airway inflammation,improve the clinical effect and the score of TCM syndrome scale.
