摘要
目的:探讨蒙医心身互动疗法在促进患有慢病的老年人身心健康方面的作用与价值.方法:文献综述法.对蒙医心身互动疗法的起源及发展、治疗模式特点及优点、治病机理及临床应用等方面进行梳理,总结目前的研究成果,提出未来研究方向、发展模式的思考.结果:蒙医心身互动疗法在改善老年慢病人群的心理状态、慢性病的防治、生活质量的提高方面均有积极作用.结论:蒙医心身互动疗法在治疗慢性病和促进老年人群健康方面有显著优势作用.作为绿色健康产业,即可积极应对人口老龄化问题,也可挖掘发展民族医学文化瑰宝,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect and value of mind-body interactive therapy in Mongolian medicine in promoting physical and mental health of the elderly with chronic diseases.Methods:Literature review method.This paper reviews the origin and development of mind-body interactive therapy in Mongolian medicine,the characteristics and advantages of the treatment model,the treatment mechanism and clinical application,summarizes the current research results,and puts forward the future research direction and development model.Results:The psychosomatic interaction therapy in Mongolian medicine had positive effects on the improvement of the mental state,the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases and the improvement of the quality of life of the elderly chronic patients.Conclusion:Mind-body interactive therapy in Mongolian medicine has significant advantages in treating chronic diseases and promoting the health of the elderly population.As a green health industry,it can actively respond to the problem of population aging,and it can also excavate and develop the cultural treasures of ethnic medicine,which is worth promoting and applying.
