传统医学非手术疗法治疗痔的临床进展

摘要
痔是常见且发病率高的肛门疾病,可影响人们的日常生活与工作.传统医学(中医、蒙医、藏医及苗医)非手术疗法治疗痔的方法独特,易操作,病人痛苦少,适合在临床推广使用.通过总结多年来传统医学对痔非手术治疗的临床研究进展,本篇我将从对痔病因病机的认识、分类分型及内治法,以及传统医学外治法等三个主要方面,结合临床研究文献,全面总结传统医学治疗痔的非手术疗法,为临床治疗痔提供参考与诊疗思路.
Abstract
Hemorrhoids are anal diseases that are common and occur frequently and can affect people's daily life and work.Traditional medicine(TCM,Mongolian medicine,Tibetan medicine and Miao medicine)has a unique non-surgical treatment method for hemorrhoids,with remarkable effects,easy operation and less pain for patients,and is suitable for clinical promotion and use.By summarizing the clinical research progress of non-surgical treatment of hemorrhoids by traditional medicine over the years,in this article I will focus on three main aspects:the etiology and pathogenesis,classification and internal treatment of hemorrhoids,as well as external treatment with traditional medicine,combined with clinical research literature,comprehensively summarizes the non-surgical treatments for hemorrhoids using traditional medicine,and provides clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas and reference basis for the treatment of hemorrhoids.
