蒙医与中医治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的研究进展

摘要
糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病中最常见的临床并发症之一,对患者的生活质量造成了极大的影响.由于DPN会对患者的生活质量和生存期造成严重的影响与威胁,目前其已经成为我国甚至是全球面临的公共卫生问题.从蒙医和中医的角度来看,这两种传统医学体系在治疗糖尿病周围神经方面各有侧重和优势.本文主要从蒙医、中医对DPN的病因、发病机制、分型及治疗的进展进行了简要的分析和阐述,对民族医学、尤其是蒙医学进一步探索DPN的具体机制和优化诊疗方案提供依据.
Abstract
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)is one of the most common clinical complications in diabetes mellitus,which greatly affects the quality of life of patients.Due to the serious impact and threat of DPN on the quality of life and survival of patients,DPN has become a public health problem faced by our country and even the whole world.From the perspective of Mongolian medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,these two traditional medical systems have their own emphasis and advantages in the treatment of diabetic peripheral nerves.In this paper,the etiology,pathogenesis,classification and treatment progress of DPN were briefly analyzed and expounded from Mongolian medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,which provided a basis for further exploration of the specific mechanism of DPN and optimization of diagnosis and treatment plan in ethnic medicine,especially Mongolian medicine.
