Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of herbal compound Yanggan Huoxue Decoction on alcoholic liver disease and its influence on liver function,liver fibrosis and blood lipid.Methods:Seventy patients with alcoholic liver disease were divided into 2 groups:Compound Yangganhuoxuetang group(Group A)and Tiopronin enteric-coated tablet group(Group B)(n=35,repectively).Traditional Chinese medicine compound Yanggan Huoxuet Decoction and Western medicine Tiopronin enteric-coated tablets were used to the patients in the Group A.Western medicine Tiopronin enteric-coated tablets were used to the patients in the Group B.After 12 weeks of treatment,liver function,blood lipid and other indicators before and after treatment were recorded and analyzed statistically.Results:The total effective rate of compound Yangganhuoxuesis decoction group(82.86％)was higher than that of tiopronin enteric-coated tablet group(65.71％).The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P＜0.05).ALT(44.51±10.22),AST(40.37±10.03),GGT(100.37±10.03)and TBil(20.37±5.05)in Compound Yanggan Huoxuetang group were all lower than tiopronin enteric-coated tablet group(51.03±10.41)(45.71±10.19).115.14±9.41)(23.29±4.93).The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P＜0.05).Comparison of high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein between Compound Yanggan Huoxuet Decoction group and Tiopronin enteric-coated tablet group after treatment were no significant(P＞0.05).The improvement of ultrasonic lesion in compound Yangganhuoxuetang group was better than that in tiopronin enteric-coated tablet group.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion:TCM compound Yanggan Huoxue Decoction has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of alcoholic liver disease,which can improve the liver function of patients and reduce the related indexes of liver function,liver fibrosis and blood lipid in serum.
