Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the Wen-Xin-7 in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia. Methods:Sixty cases of tachyarrhythmia patients were randomly selected from outpatient clinics and inpatient departments of Hospital during the period of September 2019 to January 2020,and 60 cases of tachyarrhythmia patients were randomly selected.According to the random number table method, these 60 patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group.Wen-Xin-7 treatment was given 1-3 times daily for 28 days. The control group was given Stable Heart Granules,1 sachet 3 times a day for 28 days. The clinical symptoms before and after the treatment of each group were observed, and the results of 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram, liver and kidney functions were analysed. The results showed that:the apparent efficiency of the treatment group(86.67%)compared with the apparent efficiency of the control group(26.67%),the difference between the two is statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups of patients before and after the treatment of the 24-hour electrocardiogram, abnormalities of liver and kidney function compared with each other, the difference is not statistically significant(P>005).Conclusion:In conclusion, the Mongolian medicine Wen-Xin-7 has definite efficacy in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmia, especially its side effects are small, which is worth further research and promotion.
