Qingxin Lianzi decoction combined with Korean medicine Therapeutic effect of Taiji acupuncture on post-stroke sleep disorders in Taiyin people
Objective:To investigate the effect of Qingxin-Lianzi decoction combined with Korean medicine Taiji acupuncture on post-stroke sleep disorders(PSSD)in Taiyin people.Method:46 Taiyin patients with post-stroke sleep disorders were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method,with 23 cases in each group.The control group patients were given alprazolam on the basis of routine basic treatment;The experimental group was given Qingxin Lianzi Tang combined with Chaoyi Taiji acupuncture on the basis of routine basic treatment.Compare the total score of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients before and after treatment.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group after 30 days of treatment was 56.52%,significantly higher than the control group's 17.39%(P<0.01);The total PSQI score of the experimental group patients after 30 days was lower than that of the control group,with a P-value of 0.01,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingxin-lianzi decoction combined with Taiji acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of sleep disorders after stroke in Taiyin people,which can effectively improve the symptoms of sleep disorders and promote the recovery of neurological function.
