The effect of Ratnasampil on astrocytes after brain injury in rats
Objective:To verify the effect of Tibetan medicine Ratnasampil on astrocytes in the brain injury area of rats through a rat brain injury model.Method:SD rats were randomly divided into a normal control group,a trauma model group, and a drug treatment group. After modeling and gavage administration for 3 days, astrocyte immunofluorescence staining and cell counting were performed on the damaged area.Result:The number of astrocytes in the injury area of the drug treatment group was significantly reduced, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ratnasampil can reduce the number of astrocytes in the damaged area of rats after brain injury and exert neuroprotective effects.
