Qualitative and quantitative methodological study of Digda-8 Powder of Mongolianmedicine
Objective:To establish the quality control methods for improving the quality standard of Digda-8 powder of Mongolian medicine. Methods:Thin layer chromatography(TLC)was used for the identification of Aucklandiae Radix,Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex, lomatogonium carinthiacum,Picrorhizae Rhizoma and Ophiopogon japonicus in Digda-8 powder. The contents of Swertiamarin,Cynaroside, lignolide, dehydrolignolide,Picroside Ⅱ,Picroside Ⅰ,Hydrochloride phellodendrine, berberine hydrochloride in Digida-8powder were determined by High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results:Under the condition of thin-layer chromatography, the spots of the same color, suitable RF value, clear color and good chromatographic separation were found in the corresponding position of the test sample chromatography and the chromatogram of the index component. The contents of Swertiamarin,Hydrochloride phellodendrine,Picroside Ⅱ,Cynaroside,Picroside Ⅰ,berberine hydrochloride, lignolide and dehydrolignolide is 0.121%,0.022%,0.056%,0.019%,0.045%,0.077%,0.013%,0.018%.Concusions:The quality standard of Mongolian medicine Digda-8 powder is specific, accurate and easy to operate, which can be used for the quality control of Digda-8 powder.
