The Mechanism of Action of Mongolian Medicine Cardamom in Treating Insomnia Was Studied Based on Network Pharmacology
Objective:To study the mechanism of action of Mongolian medicine cardamom in the treatment of insomnia based on network pharmacology.Methods:The active constituents and related targets of Mongolian medicine Cardamom were searched by TCMSP database.Insomnia-related Gene targets were searched through Gene Cards,OMIM and TTD databases.Venny 2.1.0 was used to obtain the intersection target of disease and drug,and then PPI network analysis,GO enrichment and KEGG enrichment analysis were performed,and the obtained results were visually analyzed.Results:① 12 active ingredients and 122 therapeutic targets were obtained.The main active ingredients are quercetin and luteolin.②The core targets in the protein interaction network were AKT1,TNF,TP53,IL6 and IL1B.③ GO enrichment was used to analyze the reaction of BP cells to lipids,to foreign stimuli,to hormones,etc.CC mainly exists in membrane rafts,transcriptional regulatory complexes,plasma membrane protein complexes,etc.MF is mainly concentrated in DNA binding,transcription factor binding,protein domain specific binding,cytokine receptor binding,etc.The pathways include cancer pathway,lipid and atherosclerosis pathway,fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis pathway,etc.④The Mongolian medicine cardamom may play a role by regulating inflammatory mediators and neurotransmitters in the body.Conclusion:In this paper,the mechanism of action of Mongolian medicine cardamom in the treatment of insomnia was preliminarily discussed by means of network pharmacology,which provided a theoretical basis for further study of the drug or the prescription containing the drug.
