The Causes and Countermeasures of Seasonal Drought in South China
In the last three years, seasonal drought in South China has seriously harmed the harmonious and healthy development of our society and economy. An analysis of seasonal drought wili be good for coping with drought and reducing droughts, The causes and characteristics of seasonal droughts are analyzed in this paper. Less rainfall and high temperature, caused by anomaly climate changes, are the main reason for seasonal droughts, imperfect water conservancy facilities have aggravated the damage of droughts. In the future, water project construction will vigorously be promoted to ensure water supply. Management and allocation of water re- sources will be implemented to realize the rational use of water; water-saving technology will be popularized to improve the water uti- lization rate.
