An Analysis of the Effect of Extreme Weather Events on Dams
China is one of the countries severely affected by extreme weather events. Doing research on the effect of extreme weather events on dams is essential for the safety of dams . Based on distribution and characteristics of typhoon, extreme precipitation, high temperature and drought, this paper analyzes the effect of different types of extreme weather events on dam influence mechanism. It is a great help to the scientific response to extreme weather and climate on disaster-causing effects of dams.
