摘要
研究多孔翼型对空化影响规律。通过在非对称翼型 NACA2412低压位置分别布置单孔、双孔和多孔,研究了在水轮机叶片上打孔对空化减小的效果。利用 UG、CFX和CFD软件,采用 RNG k-ε双方程湍流模型和 SIMPLEC算法模拟并研究了不同微孔布置方式对翼型空化影响的规律。结果说明:在翼型最低压点打孔能够提高压强、减小空化,且孔越集中就越有利于减小空化;在翼型工作面布置微孔时,在某点采用单孔布置并考虑合适孔径大小比在该点周边布置多孔对减小空化更有效果。
Abstract
Single-hole,double-hole and multi-hole are perforated on the lower pressure position of a non-symmetrical airfoil NA-CA2412 to study the effect of cavitation reduction on turbine blades.The software UG,CFX and CFD are used for the process simu-lation.The effects of these holes are calculated and analyzed by using the RNG k-εdouble-equation turbulence model and the SIM-PLEC algorithm.The influence of hole arrangement on aerofoil cavitation is studied.The results show that when perforating a hole at the position with the lowest pressure on the aerofoil,the pressure above the aerofoil can be increased,and the cavitation can be re-duced.The more concentrated the holes are,the more cavitation will be reduced.When perforating holes on the leading side of the aerofoil,the effect of cavitation reduction by one hole with suitable diameter at the point with the lowest pressure is better than that of multi-hole around the point with the lowest pressure.
