构建和谐医患关系的现实困境及应对策略

医患纠纷事件频发给医疗卫生系统带来严重的负面效应,急需构建和谐的医患关系.文章从医疗服务质量、医疗机构形象和声誉、卫生事业健康发展以及社会和谐稳定四个方面分析了构建和谐医患关系的现实意义;从医疗资源不足且分布失衡、医保付费引导失灵以及医疗服务价格扭曲等方面深入分析构建和谐医患关系面临的现实困境;从加快医生培养、优化医疗资源配置、建立激励相容的医保付费机制以及完善医疗服务的补偿机制等方面提出构建和谐医患关系的应对策略.
The dilemma and countermeasures of building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship
The frequent occurrence of doctor-patient disputes has brought serious negative effects on the healthcare system,and thus there is an urgent need to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.The article analyzes the practical significance of building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship from four aspects,that is,the quality of health services,the image and reputation of health institutions,the healthy development of health-care,and social harmony and stability.It also analyzes in-depth the practical difficulties faced in building a har-monious doctor-patient relationship from the perspectives of insufficient and imbalanced distribution of health re-sources,ineffective guidance of medical insurance payments,and irrational medical service prices,and then put forward strategies for building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship including accelerating doctor training,opti-mizing health resource allocation,establishing compatibly incentive medical insurance payment mechanisms,and improving compensation mechanisms for health services.
