Research frontiers and hot issues of treatment-prevention integration in China
Objective To predict the future research hot spots and trend by comprehensively analyze the research development history and progress in the field of treatment-prevention integration over the last decade,and to lay a solid foundation for the follow-up research.Methods"Treatment-prevention integration"OR"Combina-tion of treatment and prevention"OR"Integrated medical and preventive services"were used as the search terms for the retrieval of literature published from January 1,2013 to December 31,2022 on CNKI using the method of topic search.And CiteSpace 6.1.R6 visualization software was used for bibliometric analysis.Results A total of 345 papers were retrieved,and excluding conference reports and notices,a total of 281 papers were included in the study.The number of studies published between 2013 and 2016 grew slowly(from 1 to 12),but increased rapidly between 2017 and 2022(from 7 to 112).Currently,there is less cooperation in research among research institutions and units in the field of treatment-prevention integration,and only three teams have been formed,with Xu Guozhang,Yu Yahang and Liu Yi as the respective core experts,which need to be strengthened in the future.The research key words can be classified into 10 meaningful clusters,which focused on the concept,application,implementation sites and paths of treatment-prevention integration in the past decade.Conclusions Cooperation among disease control and prevention centers,universities and medical institutions should be promoted.The theo-retical framework of treatment-prevention integration should be studied in depth.Longitudinal and horizontal com-parative research should be carried out on the basis of time and space.Future researches can focus on chronic dis-ease management,medical community development and early warning and response of public health emergencies.
