The influencing factors for the intention of patients with chronic diseases to purchase domestic medical care service products
Objective To study the intention of patients with chronic diseases to purchase domestic medi-cal care service products and the influencing factors,and to provide basis for improving the home-based health service system for patients with chronic diseases.Methods Literature review was adopted,and a questionnaire was developed by using the fishbein model as the framework.Chronic disease patients of 45 years old and above in Jiangsu Province were surveyed by means of convenient sampling method and questionnaire star survey,then the influencing factors were analyzed through data processing.Results The structural equation model confirmed that risk perception,personal attitude,subjective norms,herd psychology and personal cognition had a positive impact on purchase intention,while risk perception and subjective norms had no positive impact on personal cognition.Conclusions It is vital to combine product content with the specific situation of consumers.On the one hand,we need to attach importance to product quality to win consumer praise.On the other hand,we need to focus on the post-purchase public relations to consolidate and expand the consumer group.
