Rural revitalization and county telemedicine:An integration practice of a poverty-alleviation county
Using the NASSS framework,this paper takes telemedicine practice in a poverty-alleviation county in China as an example to systematically interpret the practice of telemedicine projects and challenges faced in the process of application,promotion and sustainable development in poverty alleviation counties from 8 dimen-sions,including value orientation,policy,organization,technology,participants,disease characteristics,broader institutional and socio-cultural background and dynamic interaction.In terms of realization path,it clarifies why,how and for whom telemedicine helps rural revitalization with three-stage path options,including promoting the e-qualization of rural public services with telemedicine,promoting the construction of county-level medical communi-ties to build an integrated health service system,and expanding the patient-centred whole life cycle health service model.
