Application of medical community information platform for clinical decision-making support to hierarchical diagnosis and treatment
Objective To explore the application of medical community information platformss to support clinical decision-making in hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The Second People's Hospital of Quzhou was chosen as the center of the county medical community,and based on the information platform for clini-cal decision-making support,the mean standard deviation,t-test,and percentage were used to analyze the changes in hierarchical diagnosis and treatment indexes(patients'trust,satisfaction,first visit rate,diagnostic accuracy rate of common diseases)before and after the application of the platform.Results After the implementation of the platform,medical environment,service trust,technical ability,drug and equipment,and overall trust were all improved,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The doctors'satisfaction rate was 88.9%before implementation and increased to 93.5%after implementation.And the patients'satisfaction rate increased from 91.8%before implementation to 95.6%after implementation.The first visit rate before implementation was 25.9%,and increased to 32.5%after implementation,with an increase rate of 7.6%.The diagnostic accuracy of common diseases was 90.1%before implementation and increased to 95.6%after implementation,which was in-creased by 5.5%.Conclusions The medical community information platform for clinical decision-making sup-port can promote the transformation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment model,improve grassroots doctors'di-agnosis and treatment capacity,reduce misdiagnosis and gain patients'trust.
