General practitioners'willingness to work in township heath centers and the influencing factors
General practitioners play a key role in basic medical care and health services, they are not on-ly responsible for preventive health care, diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently-occurring diseases and referrals, but also undertake multiple tasks of patient rehabilitation and health management. They are the guardi-ans of residents'health. However,at present, the willingness of general practitioners to serve long-term in primary health care institutions is generally low, which poses a severe challenge to the stability and quality of primary health care services. In this paper, the existing literature is carefully sorted out and analyzed. The multiple factors affecting the willingness of grassroots general practitioners to work, which mainly cover demographic characteris-tics,work-related factors, organizational factors and other aspects, are discussed in depth, aiming to lay a solid foundation for further research and intervention measures.
