Progress and trends in human resource research in domestic hospitals
Objective To analyze the trends and prevailing issues in hospital human resources research over the past decade,and to provide reference for the future research.Methods The literature published between January 1,2014 and December 31,2023 were searched in the CNKI database according to specific subject terms,and the authors,institutions and keywords were visualized by CiteSpace 6.3.1.Results Totally 1,516 Chinese papers were included.The annual analysis of the number of published papers showed that the literature on hospital human resources had a stable trend in the past ten years,with the number of published papers remaining above 100 every year.A total of 55 nodes were obtained from keyword analysis.Cluster analysis mainly focused on the construction of human resource management information system and the management mode.The emergence of key-word hotspots was closely related to the management modes and strategies of human resources.Conclusions The hot trends of hospital human resources research can be specific to people-oriented management,big data,talent training and introduction,and theoretical research and interdisciplinary integration innovation can be further ex-panded in the future.
