基于动态能力理论的县级公立医院高质量发展路径探索

目的 探索县级公立医院高质量发展路径.方法 基于动态能力理论,从感知能力、协调整合能力、再配置能力三个核心维度构建县级公立医院高质量发展路径分析框架,结合H区人民医院的建设经验,探索县级公立医院高质量发展路径.结果 H区人民医院门急诊人次、出院人数、平均住院日、三四级手术、患者满意度均稳步提升.结论 县级公立综合医院敏锐的感知能力能作出合理精准的定位,但感知开放维度不够;系统的协调整合能力能够实现良好运营效果,但内环循环驱动力不足;有效的再配置能力能够激发创新能力,助推县级公立医院高质量发展.
Exploration of the path of highquality development of county-level public hospitals based on dynamic capability theory
Objective To explore the high-quality development path of county-level public hospitals.Methods Based on the theory of dynamic capability,this paper constructed a practical analysis framework for high-quality development path of county-level public hospitals from three core dimensions of perception capability,coordination and integration capability,and reconfiguration capability.Drawn on the construction experience of Peoples Hospital of H District,this paper explored the high-quality development path of county-level public hospi-tals.Results In H District People's Hospital,outpatient and emergency visits,discharge numbers,average length of stay,third and fourth level operations,and patient satisfaction all increased steadily.Conclusions The acute perception ability of county-level public hospitals can make reasonable and accurate positioning,but there is insufficient perception openness.The coordination and integration ability of the system can achieve good operation results,but the driving force of the inner loop is insufficient.Effective reconfiguration ability can arouse the inno-vation ability to promote the high-quality development of county-level public hospitals.
