Implementation effects of comprehensive objective management in a county hospital from 2019 to 2022
Objective To analyze the implementation effects of comprehensive objective management in a county hospital from 2019 to 2022,and to provide reference for improving clinical medical service quality under the background of performance appraisal of public hospitals.Methods Data pertaining to key performance evalu-ation indicators,including CMI value,average length of stay,proportion of medical service income,proportion of third-grade and fourth-grade operations,and intensity of antimicrobial use,were acquired in 10 clinical depart-ments over the period from January 2019 to December 2022,and were extracted from the DRGs performance evalu-ation system,national HQMS platform,and national public hospital performance evaluation monitoring platform for analysis.Results After adopting the assessment management method of integrating performance management and objective management,CMI value increased year by year,the average length of stay decreased year by year,the proportion of medical service income tended to rise on the whole,the proportion of third-grade and fourth-grade op-erations increased year by year,and the intensity of antimicrobial drug use fluctuated,but tended to decline on the whole.Conclusions Implementing the assessment method of combining comprehensive objective management with performance management can enhance the quality and safety of clinical healthcare services and promote the sustainable growth and excellence of hospitals.
