Study on the Changes of Nutrient Components During the Fruit Development of Tarocco Blood Orange
The fruits of Talocco blood orange(Citrus sinensis L.Osbeck)at different developmental stages in Zizhong county,Sichuan province were used as materials to measure the dynamic changes of main nutrient con-tents during the growth process by various methods.Blood orange fruits were picked during the maturity stage at intervals(sampling time was 254 d,270 d,296 d,316 d,334 d after flowering),and the physiological in-dexes were measured.The results showed that with the development of fruit,the contents of vitamin C and anthocyanins of blood orange decreased at first and then increased,the content of starch increased at first and then decreased,the content of soluble sugar and polyphenols increased,and the content of organic acids de-creased.This study can provide theoretical guidance for optimizing picking time and nutrient study of blood or-ange in Sichuan.
