Effects of Inoculating Endophytic Fungi into Rhizosphere on Growth and Development of Potted Blueberry
Endophytic fungi can promote the growth of blueberry. Two endophytic fungi Trichoderma asperel-lum and Mucor circinelloides were isolated and screened from the roots of normal-growing blueberries, and in-oculated into the rhizosphere sterile substrate of potted blueberries to analyze their effects on blueberry plant morphological indexes, photosynthetic capacity, root growth and biomass. The results showed that compared with the non-inoculated(CK)blueberry plants, the leaf SPAD value, leaf net photosynthetic rate, root length, volume, root surface area, root viability, plant height, branch number, ground diameter, leaf number and biomass of blueberry plants inoculated with T.asperellum and M.circinelloides were significantly in-creased.Inoculation of T.asperellum and M.circinelloides can significantly promote the growth and develop-ment of blueberry plants, and has a good application prospect.
