Analysis of Fruit Quality Difference of Ruixianghong Apples Produced in Different Regions
In order to explore the suitable cultivation area of Ruixianghong apple,5 full bearing orchards in dif-ferent regions were selected to analyze the main fruit quality traits.The results showed that the fruit quality of Ruixianghong from different regions varied greatly,but there was no significant difference on fruit shape index among different regions,which all reached to about 1.02,showing the characteristics of high pile of the varie-ty.Comprehensive analysis results showed that the comprehensive quality of Ruixianghong apple from Shaanxi Baishui and Yunnan Honghe was better,mainly characterized as large size of fruit,large weight of single fruit,moderate firmness,high soluble solid content and solid to acid ratio,while the quality of apple produced in Li-nyi of Shanxi was poor,mainly characterized as small size of fruit,small weight of single fruit,high acidity and small solid to acid ratio.This study can provide a reference for the introduction of Ruixianghong to the re-gions with similar conditions.
