不同种类柑桔种质幼果药用功能成分比较

7月上中旬从湖南省和湖北省采集47份柑桔种质(枳Poncirus trifoliata种质35份,酸橙Citrus aurantium、香橙C.junos、宽皮桔C.reticulata和枸橼C.medica种质各3份)的幼果,对总黄酮、总酚和总抗氧化能力进行测定,采用HPLC法对其中15份种质(枳、酸橙、香橙、宽皮桔和枸橼种质各3份)的11种药用功能成分进行检测,对不同指标的相关性进行分析,并基于功能成分指标等对15份种质进行聚类分析.结果表明,不同种质之间的功能成分种类和含量差异显著,其中汉森1号酸橙、汉森2号酸橙及丹江口红桔总黄酮、总酚含量和总抗氧化能力均较高;在15份种质中,汉森2号酸橙、汉森1号酸橙和丹江口香橼的柚皮苷含量较高,圆叶莽山野桔的异欧前胡素、辛弗林和橙皮苷含量较高,普通枳和枳22号的欧前胡素含量较高,汉森1号酸橙和汉森2号酸橙的新橙皮苷和芦丁含量较高,香橙2号和香橙1号的芸香柚皮苷含量较高,枸橼C-05的柠檬苦素含量较高,柚皮素与橙皮素在15份种质中均未检测到.总酚与总黄酮呈显著正相关,新橙皮苷分别与总抗氧能力、总酚、芸香柚皮苷呈显著正相关;柠檬苦素与橙皮苷呈显著负相关,与欧前胡素呈显著正相关.基于功能成分指标等,15份种质可聚类为6类.
Comparison of medicinal functional components in young fruits of different citrus germplasms
In early to mid-July,young fruits of 47 citrus germplasms(35 Poncirus trifoliata germplasms,3 Citrus aurantium germplasms,3 C.junos germplasms,3 C.reticulata germplasms,and 3 C.medica germ-plasms)were collected from Hunan and Hubei provinces to measure the total flavonoids,total phenolics,and total antioxidant capacity.Using HPLC method,11 types of medicinal functional components were detected in 15 germplasms(3 each of P.trifoliata,C.aurantium,C.junos,C.reticulata,and C.medica).The correla-tions among different indicators were analyzed.Cluster analysis was performed based on the functional compo-nent indicators of those 15 germplasms.The results showed significant differences in the types and contents of functional components among different germplasms.Among them,the total flavonoids,total phenols and total antioxidant capacity of Hansen No.1 sour orange,Hansen No.2 sour orange,and Danjiangkou tangerine were significantly higher than that of others.Among the 15 germplasms,Hansen No.2 sour orange,Hansen No.1 sour orange,and Danjiangkou citron had higher contents of naringin,while the round-leaf Mangshan wild man-darin showed higher contents of isorhamnetin,synephrine and hesperidin.Putong trifoliate orange and No.22 trifoliate orange had higher content of imperatorin,while Hansen No.1 and Hansen No.2 sour oranges con-tained higher contents of neo-hesperidin and rutin.Xiangcheng No.2 and Xiangcheng No.1 yuzu ichandrins had higher contents of narirutin,while citron C-05 had a higher content of limonin.Naringenin and hesperetin were not detected in any of these 15 germplasms.Total phenolics and total flavonoids showed a significant pos-itive correlation,and neo-hesperidin was significantly positively correlated with total antioxidant capacity,total phenolics,and narirutin.Limonin showed a significant negative correlation with hesperidin and a significant positive correlation with imperatorin.Based on the indicators of functional components,the 15 germplasm sam-ples can be clustered into 6 categories.
