7种药剂对火龙果溃疡病田间防治药效试验

通过大田试验研究了锐收果香(400 g/L氯氟醚·吡唑酯悬浮剂)、健达(42.4%唑醚·氟酰胺悬浮剂)、碧翠(16%二氰·吡唑醚水分散粒剂)、善常(35%苯甲-吡唑酯悬浮剂)、阿米妙收(325 g/L苯甲·嘧菌酯悬浮剂)、露娜森(43%氟吡菌酰胺·肟菌酯悬浮剂)、拿敌稳(75%肟菌脂·戊唑醇水分散粒剂)7种药剂不同剂量对火龙果溃疡病(Neoscytalidium dimidiatum)的防治效果及其对火龙果产量的影响.研究结果表明:分别以有效成分锐收果香270 g/hm2、健达360 g/hm2、碧翠 360 g/hm2、善常 270 g/hm2、阿米妙收 292.5 g/hm2、露娜森 193.5 g/hm2、拿敌稳225 g/hm2,在火龙果生长旺盛期、溃疡病发生初期(开花初期),对火龙果茎叶全株喷药3次,每隔10 d 1次,7种药剂不同剂量在第3次药后14 d防效都在64%以上;其中,健达360 g/hm2、阿米妙收292.5 g/hm2、露娜森193.5 g/hm2、拿敌稳225 g/hm2防治效果超过80%,经过田间测产,健达360 g/hm2、阿米妙收292.5 g/hm2、露娜森193.5 g/hm2、拿敌稳225 g/hm2处理产量在7个处理中较高,4个处理的增产率均超过10%,综合整个试验的分析和观察,健达360 g/hm2、阿米妙收292.5 g/hm2、露娜森193.5 g/hm2、拿敌稳225 g/hm2 4个处理,对火龙果溃疡病的防治效果最好.
Control effect of 7 fungicides on pitaya canker in field
Control effect of seven fungicides on pitaya canker,including mefentrifluconazole·pyraclostrobin 400 g/L SC,pyraclostrobin·fluxapyroxad 42.4%SC,dithianon·pyraclostrobin 16%WDG,difenoconazole· pyraclostrobin 35%SC,difenoconazole·azoxystrobin 325 g/L SC,fluopyram·trifloxystrobin 43%SC and tri-floxystrobin·tebuconazole 75%WDG,was evaluated in the field.The yield of fruit was also evaluated after the application of these seven fungicides.These fungicides were sprayed three times(every 10 days)to the en-tire plant during the vigorous growth period of plant with the effective ingredient dosage of 270 g/hm2,360 g/hm2,360 g/hm2,270 g/hm2,292.5 g/hm2,193.5 g/hm2 and 225 g/hm2,respectively.The results showed that the control effect of seven fungicides with different doses were all above 64%at 14 days after the last spraying.Among them,the treatments of 360 g/hm2 pyraclostrobin·fluxapyroxad,292.5 g/hm2 difenoconazole·azox-ystrobin,193.5 g/hm2 fluopyram·trifloxystrobin and 225 g/hm2 trifloxystrobi n·tebuconazole had over 80%of efficiencies.The yield evaluation results showed that yield increase rate of four treatments exceeded 10%,including 360 g/hm2 pyraclostrobi n·fluxapyroxad,292.5 g/hm2 difenoconazole·azoxystrobin,193.5 g/hm2 fluopyram·trifloxystrobin and 225 g/hm2 trifloxystrobin·tebuconazole.Based on the comprehensive analysis results,these four treatments had the best effect on prevention of the disease in pitaya production.
