Genetic diversity and evolution relationship of different populations of natural Ac-tinidia germplasm resources in Yunnan Province
SSR molecular markers were applied to study the genetic diversity and evolution of 10 natural Actin-idia populations in Yunnan. The results showed that there was no obvious difference on genetic diversity a-mong different geographical populations. The genetic consistency among populations ranged from 0.9899 to 0.9991,and the genetic differentiation coefficient(Gst)ranged from 0.0011 to 0.1743.The genetic consistency between the Weixin and Yiliang populations was the highest with minimum genetic distance and closest genetic relationship. The genetic consistency between Yongshan and Yunlong populations was the lowest, with maxi-mum genetic distance and the farthest genetic relationship. These 10 populations can be divided into two groups.Four populations of Shizong,Suijiang,Xichou and Yongshan were clustered into group Ⅰ,and 6 popu-lations of Malipo,Pingbian,Yunlong,Zhenxiong,Yiliang and Weixin were clustered into group Ⅱ.Genetic e-volution relationship of the four populations in group Ⅰ can be divided into two evolutionary levels. The genetic relationship between Shizong and Suijiang populations, and the genetic relationship between Xichou and Yong-shan populations was the closest, respectively. The genetic evolution relationship of group Ⅱ could be divided into five evolutionary levels. The genetic evolution relationship between Malipo population and Pingbian popu-lation was the closest, and the genetic relationship between Yunlong population and Weixin population was the farthest. This study provided a reference for accelerating the research and utilization of germplasm resources of the genus Actinidia in Yunnan.
