In order to solve the problem of single variety production of table grape in Guangxi,promote indus-trial structure adjustment,increase the diversity.of grape varieties in Guangxi,Black King grape variety was in-troduced into Guangxi.The botanical characteristics of this variety were observed and recorded for successive two years,and the corresponding cultivation techniques of two-crop-a-year was studied.The results showed that the Black King grape showed good and uniform flower bud differentiation,normal coloring,and excellent fruit quality when planted in Nanning,Guangxi.It is suitable for two-crop-a-year cultivation with rain-shelter-cultivation in Nanning,Guangxi.
