4个蓝莓品种在广西百色市种植表现及品质特性分析

为筛选出适合广西百色市种植的蓝莓优良品种,为蓝莓生产提供理论指导和科学依据,引进了"珠宝""天后""优瑞卡""火花"4 个蓝莓品种并调查和分析其种植表现及品质特性.结果表明,4个蓝莓品种在广西百色市种植后第 1 年正常开花结果,丰产性好,种植后第 3 年平均单株鲜果产量2.54~3.46 kg,平均单果质量从大到小依次为"珠宝">"优瑞卡">"天后">"火花".不同蓝莓品种果实品质较好,果实可溶性固形物含量在 9.7%以上,花色苷、维生素 C、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白等含量较丰富.在避雨设施基质栽培条件下,"珠宝"和"优瑞卡"在广西百色市综合表现较好,可选择作为优良品种加以推广;"天后"和"火花"平均单株产量中等,平均单果质量较小,可选择作为授粉树品种、育种材料等,但不适宜大面积推广.
Growing performance and quality characteristics of four blueberry varieties in Baise City of Guangxi
In order to select excellent blueberry varieties suitable to grow in Baise City of Guangxi and provide theoretical guidance and scientific basis for blueberry production,four blueberry varieties Jewel,Primadonna,Eureka and Scintilla were introduced,and the planting performance and quality characteristics were investiga-ted and analyzed.The results showed that all the four blueberry varieties could blossom and bear fruit normally in Baise City of Guangxi in the first year of planting with good yield.The yield of fresh fruit per plant was in a range of 2.54 kg to 3.46 kg in the third year after planting.The single fruit weight four varieties in descend-ing order was Jewel>Eureka>Primadonna>Scintilla.Fruit quality of all the tested blueberry varieties was better with the content of soluble solids above 9.7%and rich in anthocyanins,vitamin C,soluble sugar,and soluble protein.Jewel and Eureka showed good comprehensive performance,which could be selected as excel-lent varieties to be popularized under the rain-shelter and substrate cultivation.Scintilla and Primadonna with lower single fruit weight and medium yield of fresh fruit per plant could be selected as pollinating tree or breed-ing materials.They are not suitable for large-area cultivation.
