基于叶片解剖结构的矮秆蕉抗旱性评价

为评价矮秆蕉种质资源抗旱性,对18份矮秆蕉种质资源叶片做横切面石蜡切片,测定叶片厚度、上角质层厚度等10个叶片解剖结构特征指标,通过聚类分析和相关性系数排序,筛选抗旱性评价的典型指标,并采用隶属函数法对供试种质的抗旱性进行综合评价.结果表明,供试矮秆蕉种质叶片的解剖结构特征指标存在显著差异,筛选出栅海比、叶片厚度、海绵组织厚度作为抗旱性评价的典型指标.18份矮秆蕉种质抗旱性从高到低依次为13号>16号>17号>10号>9号>2号>4号>3号>14号>11号>18号>8号>12号>15号>5号>7号>6号>1号,以13号矮秆蕉种质的抗旱性最强.
Evaluation of drought resistance of dwarf banana based on leaf anatomical structure
To evaluate the drought resistance of dwarf banana germplasm resources,18 dwarf banana germ-plasm resources were subjected to cross-sectional paraffin sectioning of leaves.10 leaf anatomical structural characteristics indicators such as leaf thickness and upper cuticle thickness were measured.Cluster analysis and correlation coefficient ranking were used to screen typical indicators for drought resistance evaluation,and the membership function method was used to comprehensively evaluate the drought resistance of the tested germ-plasm.The results showed that there were significant differences in the anatomical structural characteristics indicators of the leaves of the tested dwarf banana germplasm.The ratio of palisade tissue thickness/sponge tissue thickness,leaf thickness,and sponge tissue thickness were selected as typical indicators for drought re-sistance evaluation.The drought resistance of 18 dwarf banana germplasm from high to low is as follows:No.13>No.16>No.17>No.10>No.9>No.2>No.4>No.3>No.14>No.11>No.18>No.8>No.12>No.15>No.5>No.7>No.6>No.1.Among them,the drought resistance of No.13 dwarf banana germplasm is the strongest.
