Occurrence regulation of Psylla chinensis on loquat in greenhouse and control effect of 5 insecticides
Loquat in Lanxi is a geographical indication product of agricultural products of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.With the popularity of greenhouse facility cultivation,occurrence of Psylla chinensis dominated pests showed an increasing trend.The occurrence rules of P.chinensis in greenhouse and open field were investigated and compared in the main loquat production area of Lanxi,Zhejiang Province.The prevention and control tests of five pesticides on loquat P.chinensis in greenhouse were carried out.The results showed that there were 3 high incidence periods in one year for P.chinensis in greenhouse in Nvbu Street,Lanxi,and 2 high incidence periods a year in open fields.The incidence peak of P.chinensis in greenhouse was about half a month earlier than that in open field.There was an extremely significant difference in the population of P.chinensis on loquat between the greenhouse and open field(p＜0.01).The average number of P.chinensis on loquat in greenhouse was 4.8 head per branch,which was five times that of in open field.P.chinensis on loquat trees in Nvbu Street occurred most seriously.The control effect of 75 g/L avermectin·afidopyropen with dosage of 15 mL/667m2 at 5,10 and 15 days after application was better,with control effect of 91.03％,86.81％and 86.28％,respectively.The control effect was significantly higher than that of 4,000-fold dilution of 5％avermectin ME,which the protection efficiency was only 46.34％at 15 days after application.Avermectin·afidopyropen DF is safe to use with good control effect on P.chinensis.It can be applied in production.
