九阡李生长过程中内源激素与果实品质相关性探究

为研究九阡李生长过程中4种果实内源激素(生长素IAA、赤霉素GA3、脱落酸ABA、玉米素ZT)的含量变化规律,以贵州地方名李九阡李为研究对象,采用液质联用(HPLC-MS)方法对4种九阡李内源激素进行测定,并分别采用分析天平、酸碱滴定法、福林酚比色法和苯酚-硫酸比色法对果实品质的4个指标,即果实质量、酸度、总多酚含量和总糖含量进行测定,并通过SPSS软件对其相关性进行分析.结果表明,九阡李果实生长过程中,果实发育初期果实不断膨大,GA3,IAA和ZT含量不断增加,ABA维持较低水平;果实发育中期,GA3含量变化幅度小,ABA、IAA和ZT含量均降低;果实发育后期,GA3、IAA和ZT含量均下降,到达最低值,ABA含量开始突增达到峰值675 ng/mL.九阡李果实发育过程中,果实质量不断增大,到谢花后70 d达到峰值15.400 g;总糖含量呈先下降后上升趋势,在谢花后70 d达到峰值69.143 mg/g;总酚含量呈下降趋势,在谢花后10 d达到峰值8.442 mg/g;酸度变化趋势不明显,在谢花后60 d达到峰值18.179 mmol/100 g.九阡李果实生长过程中,果实内源激素与果实质量呈极显著相关的因子有ABA与IAA,果实品质与果实质量呈极显著相关的因子有总酚含量和总糖含量,果实品质中只有总糖含量与ABA之间存在相关性,果实内源激素IAA与果实内源激素ABA呈显著相关.
Study on the correlation between endogenous hormones and fruit quality during the growth process of Jiuqian plum
To study the changes of four fruit endogenous hormones,including indole-3-acetic acid(IAA),gibberellin(GA3),abscisic acid(ABA),zeatin(ZT)during the growth process of Jiuqian plum,a local famous plum variety in Guizhou,the content of four fruit endogenous hormones was measured by HPLC-MS,the fruit quality(fruit weight,total sugar,total acid,total phenol)during the growth process of Jiuqian plum fruit was tested,and their correlation was analyzed by SPSS.The results showed that during the growth process of Jiuqian plum,the fruit expanded continuously at the early stage of fruit development,and the contents of GA3,IAA and ZT increased continuously,and ABA maintained at a low level.At the middle stage of fruit develop-ment,the content of GA3 remained basically unchanged,while that of ABA,IAA and ZT decreased.At the late stage of fruit development,the contents of GA3,IAA and ZT decreased to the lowest value,and the content of ABA increased to the maximum of 675 ng/mL.During the fruit development of Jiuqian plum,the fruit weight increased continuously,and reached the maximum of 15.400 g at 70 days after flowering.The content of total sugar decreased first and then increased,reaching a maximum of 69.143 mg/g at 70 days after flower shedding.The total content of phenol showed a downward trend,reaching a maximum of 8.442 mg/g at 10 days after flower shedding.The change of acid content was not obvious,which reached the maximum value of 18.179 mmol/100 g at 60 days after flower shedding.During the growth of Jiuqian plum fruit,ABA,IAA,total phenol content and total sugar content were extremely significantly correlated with fruit quality.There was a correlation between total sugar content and fruit endogenous hormone ABA,while fruit endogenous hormone IAA had significant correlation with fruit endogenous hormone ABA.
