Analysis of fruit quality and comprehensive evaluation of 10 large fruit Actinidia eriantha Benth Varieties
In order to screen out excellent germplasm resources of large fruit Actinidia eriantha Benth variety,10 samples of large fruit A.eriantha Benth germplasm were used as materials.Six main fruit quality traits,including single fruit weight,fruit shape index,vitamin C,soluble solids,and titratable acid,were measured for variation analysis,principal component analysis,and comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of vitamin C content was the highest(22.50%),and the coefficient of variation of soluble solid content was the lowest(11.37%).The results of principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the variance of the first four principal components was 95.09%,of which the characteristic value of the first principal component was 2.69,with a contribution rate of 44.87%,mainly determined by the solid-acid ratio,vitamin C,soluble solid content,and titratable acid content.Based on the extraction of the first four principal components,the comprehensive evaluation score of fruit quality was calculated.The comprehensive scores of BC1 and BC9 germplasm were greater than 1,indicating good overall performance in fruit quality.Especially,BC1 germplasm has high vitamin C content,which can be used for germplasm innovation and breeding resource.
