用于梨树液体授粉的花粉分散剂筛选

高效分散花粉的分散剂能够有效实现梨树液体授粉的省力化配制,可一定程度上解决因花粉分散不充分而导致的梨树液体授粉效率低下的问题.为获得在梨树液体授粉中能够高效分散花粉的分散剂,以采购自山东青岛某公司的黄花梨花粉为材料,将花粉(占比10%,W/W)、分散剂与硅藻土基质混合制成花粉可湿性粉剂,测定其润湿力和悬浮率,并测定花粉在含分散剂培养液中的萌发率.结果表明,当花粉可湿性粉剂中分散剂十二烷基磺酸钠和羧甲基纤维素钠的质量分数分别为1%和1%时,黄花梨花粉的分散性与生活力可以得到最有效地保持.建议生产中采用的梨花粉液体授粉配方为10%蔗糖+0.01%硼酸+0.03%葡萄糖酸钙+0.04%黄原胶+0.01%十二烷基磺酸钠+0.01%羧甲基纤维素钠+0.1%花粉.
Screening of high efficiency of pollen dispersant for liquid pollination of pear
Dispersants that efficiently disperse pollens can effectively realize the labor-saving preparation of liquid pollination of pear trees,and can solve the problem of low efficiency of liquid pollination of pear trees caused by insufficient pollen dispersion to a certain extent.In order to obtain a dispersant that can efficiently disperse pollens in the liquid pollination of pear trees,Huanghuali pollens purchased from a company in Qingd-ao,Shandong was used as the material.The pollens(10%,W/W),dispersant and diatomite matrix were mixed as wettable powder.Its wetting power and suspension rate were measured,and the pollen germination rate in the culture medium containing dispersant was also measured.The results showed that when the mass fractions of the dispersants sodium dodecyl sulfonate and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in the pollen wettable powder was 1%and 1%,respectively,the dispersion and vitality of Huanghuali pollens could be mostly effec-tively achieved.The recommended pear pollen liquid pollination formula used in production was 10%sucrose+0.01%boric acid+0.03%calcium gluconate+0.04%xanthan gum+0.01%Sodium Lauryl Sulfate+0.01%sodium carboxymethylcellulose+0.1%pollens.
