不同助剂对吡唑醚菌酯在刺梨白粉病上的防控增效效果

为考察不同助剂对吡唑醚菌酯在刺梨白粉病上的防控增效效果,采用氨基寡糖素、超牛植物精油助剂和木霉菌剂分别与吡唑醚菌酯按体积1∶1组合在田间进行试验.通过调查病情指数,计算防控效果,结合对刺梨果实品质的检测,分析不同助剂对吡唑醚菌酯在刺梨白粉病上的防控增效效果.结果表明,药后第14 d,30%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂1 500倍液对刺梨白粉病的防效为89.12%,30%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂+5%氨基寡糖素水剂组合剂的防效为95.34%,表现出较好的防治效果,优于其他组合.30%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂+5%氨基寡糖素水剂1∶1组合处理后的刺梨果实中维生素C、Al、Cu等元素含量均显著增加,超氧化物歧化酶活性显著增强,果实中农药残留减少.30%吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂+5%氨基寡糖素水剂1∶1组合能有效防控刺梨白粉病,达到了减少化学农药使用量且提升果实品质的目的.
Synergistic effect of different auxiliaries on pyraclostrobin in the prevention and control of powdery mildew of Rosa roxburghi
To investigate the synergistic effect of different auxiliaries with pyraclostrobin on the prevention and control of powdery mildew of Rosa roxburghii,the amino oligosaccharide,super bovine plant essential oil addi-tive and trichoderma combined with pyraclostrobin according to volume ratio of 1∶1 were tested in the field.Through the investigation of disease index,calculation of control effect,combined with the detection of rox-burgh rose fruit quality,the synergistic effect of different auxiliaries on the prevention and control of powdery mildew of roxburgh rose was analyzed.The results showed that on the 14th day after treatment,the control effect of 1,500 times solution of 30%pyraclostrobin suspension on powdery mildew of roxburgh rose was 89.12%,and the control effect of 30%pyrazoletin suspension+5%amino-oligosaccharide aqueous solution combination was 95.34%,showing a better control effect than that of other combinations.The contents of vi-tamin C,SOD,Al and Cu in the fruits of roxburgh rose were significantly increased,and the pesticide residues were reduced after the treatment with the combination of 30%pyraclostrobin suspension and 5%amino-oligo-saccharide aqueous solution in a volume ratio of 1∶1.The combination of 30%pyrazoletin suspension+5%a-mino-oligosaccharide aqueous solution in a volume ratio of 1∶1 could effectively control powdery mildew of rox-burgh rose,reduce the usage of chemical pesticides and improve the fruit quality.
