摘要

物料含水率均匀性是物料品质的重要指标,与烘干机内部气流均匀性相关.烘干机结构与工艺参数对烘干机内部流场均匀性产生较大影响.使用正交试验的方法研究导流板角度(30°、40°、50°)、侧风道均流板个数(1、2、3)与循环风机频率(20 Hz、30 Hz、40 Hz)对烘干机内气流分布的影响,找到最优的因素水平,使烘干机内部风速场最均匀.研究结果表明:风机频率对上料层的风速场影响最显著;导流板角度对上料层风速场影响最不显著.导流板角度对下料层风速场影响最显著;风机频率对下料层风速场影响最不显著.当因素水平组合为导流板角度30°,均流板3个,风机频率20 Hz时,烘干机内风速场最均匀.

Abstract

The uniformity of feed moisture content is an important parameter related with pellet quality.That the structure and process parameters of the dryer influence the uniformity of air distribution inside the dryer,thus affecting the feed uniformity of the moisture content.Effects of different deflector angles(30°,40°,50°),number of side air duct flow plate(1,2,3)and fan frequency(20 Hz,30 Hz,40 Hz)on airflow distribution are studied by the method of orthogonal experiment.The results show that the fan frequency has the greatest effect on the wind velocity field of the upper layer and the angle of the deflector plate has the least effect on the wind velocity field of the upper layer.The angle of deflector plate has the greatest influence on the wind speed field of the lower layer and the fan frequency has the least influence on the wind speed field of the lower layer.When factor level combination is 30° angle of deflector plate,3 side air duct flow plates and 20 Hz fan frequency,the wind velocity field in the dryer is the most uniform.
