农业4.0背景下基于学科形态的农业工程学科建设研究

农业4.0的新背景下,农业工程学科依赖于农学、工程、生物、信息等的互相渗透与融合,基于农业工程学科知识形态,探索学科组织形态和活动形态:建立"农业工程+X"的知识组织新模式,构建跨学院深融合的资源统筹平台,构建对接需求链的有组织科研模式,内培外引构建跨学科创新团队,依托学术氛围深度赋能学科成员,从根源上撬动学科建设的底层逻辑,为农业工程学科发展注入生机与活力.江苏大学通过建立农业工程学科特区,提高学科知识的协同生产力,形成强大的农业装备创新链,建立项目牵引的团队驱动模式等实现农业工程学科高质量发展.
Research on discipline construction of agricultural engineering based on discipline patterns under the background of agriculture 4.0
Under the new background of Agriculture 4.0,the discipline of agricultural engineering relies on the mutual penetration and integration of agronomy,engineering,biology,information,etc.Based on the knowledge form of the discipline of agricultural engineering,this paper explores the discipline organization form and activity form:to establish a new knowledge organization model of"agricultural engineering+X",to build a resource coordination platform with deep integration across colleges,and to build an organized scientific research model connecting the demand chain,to build an interdisciplinary innovation team through internal training and external introduction,deeply to empower discipline members based on the academic atmosphere,to pry the underlying logic of discipline construction from the root,and to inject vitality and vitality into the development of agricultural engineering discipline.Jiangsu University has achieved high-quality development of agricultural engineering discipline by establishing special zones for agricultural engineering discipline,improving the collaborative productivity of discipline knowledge,forming a strong agricultural equipment innovation chain,and establishing a project-driven team-driven model.
