CFD simulation and verification of internal temperature and flow field value in livestock and poultry carriage
In order to study the distribution of the internal environment in the livestock and poultry transport carriage and to evaluate the temperature field,the distribution of the fluid flow field and the temperature field are simulated by computational fluid mechanics(CFD)under no-load and full-load conditions,and the optimization scheme is proposed and simulated according to the no-load simulation results.The temperature and wind speed of the key positions in the compartment were measured and analyzed,and compared with the simulated values.The results showed that the maximum absolute error of the simulated value was 1.7 ℃.The results of the change of the temperature distribution and the measured value were consistent.There were 22 points with the relative error range of wind speed values below 3%.The temperature uniformity in the optimized compartment improved significantly,and the temperature change amplitude was small.At full load,the temperature distribution was similar to that of no-load,but the overall temperature increased slightly.The correctness of the CFD model is verified to provide a reliable basis for the optimization.
