基于ANSYS的竹篼破篼刀具设计与仿真

为降低破篼刀具的工作能耗及解决破篼刀具工作半径不可调的问题,设计一种工作半径可调以实现从竹篼内部破篼的刀具.首先在ANSYS中建立竹篼—破篼刀具有限元模型,然后进行破节、破壁仿真并做试验分析,最后构建试验平台加以验证.结果表明:所研制的破篼刀具可清理外径为110~130 mm的竹篼;破节最优的刀具参数组合为:轴向刀后角角度为30°、刀盘转速为5 000 r/min;破壁的刀具参数组合为:径向刀后角角度为20°、刀盘转速为5 000 r/min.
Design and simulation of bamboo stump cutter based on ANSYS
In order to reduce the energy consumption of bamboo stump cutter and solve the problem that the working radius of cutter cannot be adjusted,a cutter with an adjustable working radius is designed,which can break bamboo stump from inside the stump.First of all,a finite element model of bamboo stump-bamboo stump cutter is established in ANSYS,then joint-broken and wall-broken simulation is carried out and test analysis is done,finally,a test platform is built to verify it.The results show that the bamboo stump cutter developed in this paper can explode bamboo stump with an external diameter of 110-130 mm.The optimal parameter combination of joint-broken is as follows,the back angle of axial cutter is 30°,and the speed of cutter is 5 000 r/min.The parameter combination of wall-broken is that the back angle of radial cutter is 20°,and the cutter speed is 5 000 r/min.
