Study on the effect evaluation of the new model of interest linkage between agricultural management entities and farmers in arid areas
The study of the effect of the interest connection mode between new agricultural business subjects and farmers in arid areas is conducive to promoting the increase of farmers'income and the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture, and further playing its driving role. The effect evaluation index system of the benefit linkage model is constructed from the dimensions of operation effect, governance effect and development effect, and the comprehensive weight of the index is determined by the subjective and objective analysis methods.Through the TOPSIS method, this paper conducts an empirical analysis on the most common joint-stock or joint-stock cooperative,enterprise-based,and order-contract benefit-linking modes in arid areas. At the same time, the obstacle factor diagnosis model is used to explore the main influencing factors of the effect of the interest linkage mode. The results show that the closeness degree of the shareholding type or shareholding cooperation type is the largest, which is 0.678,the closeness degree of the enterprise type is the second, which is 0.640,and the closeness degree of the order contract type is the lowest, which is 0.253.From the perspective of the weight of the standard layer, the weight of the management effect is larger, and the weight of the governance effect and the development effect is equal. The training situation, agricultural income growth rate, secondary dividends, mechanization level, the number of farmers covered, and the degree of industrial integration are important factors that affect the effect of the benefit linkage model. In view of this,it is suggested that the government in the arid areas should strengthen the implementation of the joint-stock or joint-stock cooperative interest connection mechanism, improve the growth ability of farmers, and enhance the profitability of the operating subjects.
